Sheppard and Teyla? I don't think so. >:-( I ran head on into something about this when I had the affront to mention what the consequences would be. The writer told me to buzz off 'after all, it IS fiction.' Yes, but if you are writing about a character who is the CO of the military expedition on Atlantis, then let's speak about it with some reality. There is no morale if this happened, and Sheppard is not stupid enough to ignore that. I had a problem in one eps where Teyla is telling him what to do. He says NO and she does not quit.....she continues until he says 'what part of no don't you understand?' (words like it). It really really annoyed me. If she is unhappy about his command, then she ought to head back to the Authosians.... He does not need that kind of disorder in his team.........which would spread to the rest of his command. Same goes for the romance angle. That kind of involvement always spells disaster.
