Oh yeah, doctors made it all up. Like schizophrenia, syphilis, the need for vaccination, spongiform encephalopathies, and all those pesky, expensive little health codes. It has nothing to do with the progression of scientific knowledge and coming to a better understanding of the mechanics of human thought.
