Seriously, I just love it that she's the 'boss', by title as well as by the others' regard for her. Too many shows have the 'token female boss' who nobody really respects or listens to, and it's great that her team is in awe of her and really kinda worship her.

I LOVE the birthday scene- again showing how our show PWNS ALL OTHERS. How many times have we seen the set-up for a personal scene get interrupted by work before they really get to celebrate? But they're at work and no interruptions til she's done opening her gifts. It's so adorable seeing how much they care about her and how giddy and happy she is!

Lol, considering the squee!explosions just from them breathing the same air, I'm thinking fandom would've collapsed from excitement if there'd been this kind of physical contact happening with Sparky. It's funny, I was watching Aurora and Elizabeth was so careful when passing the glass to Shep, their fingers never touched. Contrast that with Jane grabbing Lisbon's walkie-talkie-thing and keeping hold of her hand while giving orders to her team!
