I enjoyed it while it lasted! The beginning was rough, but they had some really cool ideas that I thought were fascinating.
*nodnod* It's not a show I'm going to cry over 'coz it got canceled, but it was really fascinating! I'd totally sign myself up and tell them never to let me out again, it's such an escapist fantasy. *sighs wistfully*
Gotta say, I liked Echo a heck of a lot more than Caroline, that whiny self-righteous brat.
The only thing decent that came out of that was OMWF.
LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I've seen that soooo many times. I want it on dvd, gah! Just that one ep... :D Honestly, EVERY show should have a musical ep, it'd be so awesome!
SMG was furious with what happened.
Wow, she SAID that? What was it she objected to? And didn't she have major clout with the PTB, couldn't she have spoken up and knocked some sense into them?
Then again, Joe Flanigan on SGA couldn't do it, so... *stabs writers*
the only reason why they were permanently separated is because David got his own spin off. If that hadn't happened, they would have found a way to have them be together.
Ohhh. So the only way to get shipper happiness would be to wish that David wasn't as successful as he was. Yikes.
It was kinda like that with me and Xena/Hercules. At...IDK, seven or eight, that was my first ship and I always mourned the fact that they were on separate shows and could never have a real relationship! ANGST. Lol.
people still insist on this twisted relationship that was supposed to show how WRONG it was for these two characters to be together. Gah.
I just...really grew to like Spike. I know he's supposed to be evil and all that, but I can't help it, I have a soft spot for the bad-turned-sorta-good characters, complete with hilarious snark and deliciously amoral POV. [I suppose that's why I love Cara, Snape and Vala so much. Xena, to a certain extent. And Miss Parker, even if she never really did do all that much to redeem herself, lol]
I wanted to him to be happy with someone and then the writers shoved him and Buffy together...I can see how fans might then seize on that and milk it for all its worth, but yeah, the whole point was that she would NEVER have hooked up with him, had she not be so depressed and messed up and unable to confide in her friends because she didn't want to hurt them. Ugh, those people she calls her friends...*kicks them*
