Seriously, though, how great are they? I'm so pleased with the way they turned out!

I turned down several other film opportunities and, in accordance with my contractual rights, accepted only roles that would involve very short shooting schedules.

Okay, so she did accept another role but it was for ten days! And the shooting schedule for Eclipse was three months! And she's not even a main character! So it's not like she's required on set every single day, as with Kristen or Rob, et al. It sounds more like the studio was looking for a way out of their contract and seized on this as a pretext t oget rid of her, because if they didn't have a big star lined up to take her spot, I'm sure they wouldn't have snapped up that opportunity to get rid of her. Losers

while the Twi-boring series was filming, and that was a breach of her contract.

Bwahaha, that's your feelings made clear! IDK, I started off as a hard-core anti and I still bash the series because the writing is craptastic, but I never took it seriously, which makes a difference. To me, JKR is the biggest transgressor because her series had promise and made me expect so muc hmore and then ripped my heart from my chest and stomped on it. Whereas Twilight was always clearly nonsense, and so I can watch the movies and make fun of it and feel like I got my money's worth from it! :P

Good for you! When I re-read some of my older stuff, it's cringeworthy.

I think it helped that it was from several years ago, and I'm a totally different person now. It's when I can still connect with the person that wrote the fic that I hate what I've written, like the things I've done more recently, they embarrass me- I think because I want them to be good and I'm terrified people are laughing at me behind my back. Whereas with the Voyager fic, ther'es no pressure, right? So I'm cool with it.

Don't watch Doctor Who and unfortunately I have nothing clever or semi-snarky to say. I fail, I know.

Also don't watch Castle. God dammit, I suck tonight!

Heh, no, but omg, that was hilarious. See, a serial killer was after her and so he insists onstaying with her ['I'm here to protect you'/'With what, your vast arsenal of rapier wit?'] and the next morning, she wakes up to find him making pancakes for breakfast. Aww! But the moodkiller is the body left on her doorstep. So everyone comes over to investigate, and make hilarious comments on their state of dishabille and the pancake breakfast and all that. ['There are no details!' Castle insists to the other detectives wanting some salacious gossip. 'Witness refuses to co-operate,' mutters Ryan as he scribbles into his notebook, eyeing Castle darkly. LMAO]

And the way you rave about Castle makes me wonder if I should watch it.

Isn't it so crappy? The one Em-centric ep and it's the suckiest ever. I hate that. Stupid writers that rely on cliched plotlines for women and give all the cool ones to the guys.
