Oh my god dude, that's so easy. You'll be fine. I was shit scared dealing with customers/clients when I first started working as well, but over time you get more confident. Just smile and be pleasant and if you don't know the answer, get someone to help you. Easy peasy!

That is exactly what I did! ROFL
What happened with me was, I bought two userpic packages which gave me an extra 70 userpics on top of my total (yeah, I was confused, I should've gone for 3 but I didn't want to give LJ too much money). So I used to have 105 userpics but now I have 175. And because my paid account isn't up until the middle of this month, I don't have to pay anything for it until it's time to renew my paid account.
I still think it's bullshit that they charge you for userpics, but I like to have a bazillion of them. *blush*
And if I actually want extra userpic space, must I pay for two packages?

if I let my paid account lapse- do I still get to keep the icons I paid for? Or do I have to pay for them again?
You don't pay anything for them now, you only pay when your account is up for renewal. So if you let it lapse, you'd most likely lose them all.

So she had to figure out that the Heroes were actually going to vote out one of the other women, and then have the amazing ingenious brilliant plan to give both her idols to both Jerri and Sandra, to hedge her bets!
Yep. She read Amanda like a book. It was painful to watch, because you could see the wheels turning in Parvati's head and Amanda still insisting she play the idol, and I was like... "Oh god Amanda, why are you doing this?" *facepalm* Parvati can read people. It's her skill.
But omg, the look of smug satisfaction on the Heroes' faces when she pulled out an idol...only to be completely blindsided when she gives it to someone else, and then pull yet another idol and give it away once gain!
It's painful, but there's a part of me that's still hoping the Heroes can do something to come out on top... I know it's pointless, and I love Parvati, but the Heroes were my team... and it's very rare in Survivor for me to pick the team that loses (yep I just tooted my own horn there toot toot), so this whole season has been one spectacular epic fail. ROFL
