Student. I skip school for a semester then try and pass exams.

I’m such a dork, I wanted to be a teacher or an engineer because those are my parents' careers. I’m over it now. XP

Um…it’s almost embarrassing how obsessed I am, but Mary McDonnell, Torri Higginson and Paget Brewster. My holy trinity of fangirly glee. :D

An Emily/Hotch wp. Being a newly converted fangirl/shipper means everything is shades of Emily and Em/Hotch, lol.

Came to uni. Spent some time on LJ instead of looking at my notes. Went to exam. Totally failed.

21. What's the meaning behind your LJ username/name/nicknames you go by?
Borg_princess was a result of me being stupid and forgetting I'd already registered on this site as borgprincess and putting an underscore to distinguish myself from myself  *facepalm*.

In high school, I had a group of friends that hung out in the library and we were sci-fi addicts, so to have a group code, we decided to form a Collective and the library was designated our Hive. I was originally the Borg QUEEN but when I tried to assimilate Marina- the head librarian, who was an integral part of our group and I don't care how odd that sounds, we all loved her- she informed me that I was in error and that attempts to assimilate her were futile due to the fact that she'd assimilated US ages ago. Seeing as how it was her library, I saw the wisdom of this and conceded to being the borg PRINCESS, as princesses have more fun anyway. Borgprincess became more than a Voyager reference, a show I don't really watch anymore, and became a part of my identity. This is my third year of uni and I'm still identifying myself this way. *shrugs*

I know you dont do it on purpose, and that makes it even better, but I laughed my way through most of this. I've done some of these memes before. Do you write? Because you have the mark of a comic writer, you really do.

And its all about Hotch/Prentiss, all day long. I dont get Reid/Prentiss either *cringes* or Hotch/Reid *throws up a little in my mouth*. Morgan/Prentiss are totally a sibling thing.

I have to say though, between you and me (and the hundreds of other people who might see this) innerslytherin has me secretly hooked on Hotch/Rossi. I know, I know its wrong, but its like I cant stop myself. I'm so ashamed *hides under blankets* : D

I dabble in fanfic...I've written some Sparky fics, but it's not my forte. I am way too lazy, I don't have your dedication, sadly. The only times I get off my butt and write fic is when there's some plot I want to read but nobody's gotten around to writing it yet, lol. That doesn't happen often.

I actually also write Gideon/Prentiss for rarepairs_cm. I dont even know how that got started but I find I kinda like it. Its fun exploring the different Emilys....the one who could be with Hotch and the one who could fall for Jason. Because in the end, its all about Emily.

Hmm, I can actually see where Gideon/Prentiss comes from. He was the only person that supported her joining the team, I mean- everyone else either passively ignored her or actively had it in for her. Not that her life was a living hell or anything but they weren't falling over themselves to welcome her. Gideon believed in her, though. I love that moment when Hotch is all 'but why do *I* have to take her with me? She'll hold me up. She won't even be ready' and Gideon's like, 'Ohhhh, I have this feeling' and we look out the window and there's little Emily, ready bag by her feet, raring to go. Aww!

Btw, I've been wondering- when do you think Hotch let himself like Emily? Not like-love, but like-trust. I mean, in season 3, she quits her job rather than play dirty politics and screw him over, so by then he knows for sure he can trust her to have his back. But up til then, do you think he accepted her on sufferance or did he consider her part of the team even before then, despite the way she joined the team and his early doubts about her? I'm curious whether he could've worked with her for half a season and not grown to appreciate her, or if he held on to his grudge.

That's a tiny bit backwards. It was Gideon who didnt want to take Emily to Gitmo. I think it was because he thought the case was too serious and didnt need a rookie holding him back but by the end, asking her to play chess, he was good to go. Plus in my universe, I gave them history and had him being one of her instructors in the Academy.


As for the Hotch thing, I dont really know. Since its too early in the morning for my mind to be clear I can only remember by Ashes and Dust they were paired up the entire episode and kinda bouncing things off of each other so it showed how well they worked together. That was toward the end of the season but there is also some great moments in No Way Out as well. Hmm, you are making me once again want to go through season 2. I need to rewatch The Big Game and Revelations but I really think the Reid is a drug addict angle is kinda tired.

Ooh, and I think there is some good Gideon/Prentiss in Jones. Just a flicker but its nice. Plus I think if they were messing around it would be harder to see than Hotch and Prentiss just because of how Gideon can be while working.

Seriously? Wow, I need to rewatch season 2 because that's totally not matching up with what was in my head. Umm...hmm, I was thinking of buying season 2 for a friend for Christmas, so that works out in my favor as well, heh. And if I was really self-serving, I might watch it BEFORE I give it to her...mwahahaha.

I am only able to dazzle cuz I just watched it like 2 weeks ago, though it may turn out I am wrong about the Gideon and Hotch and Prentiss thing I just remember how Hotch telling Gideon to take her, he being weirded out by it and Prentiss standing at her desk with her ready bag like a big old dork. I like that episode because she still called everyone sir and it was cute.
