Omg. See, this is why I enjoy discussing shows in general, and TLW in particular, because getting new perspectives on things is just so interesting and enlightening. I love your explanation of why Marguerite chose that argument- the hair thing didn't make sense to me on its own, without context, but I'm seeing it in a whole new light now. That's awesome. *squishes* This must be why you're a good writer, lol, you have such great insight into the characters.
it wasn't really M/R, they just showed up because he was confusing his reality with that of the reality of Jack the Ripper.
Well, lol, good decision on TPTB's part not to let other actors take over half the show [like in that Finn-centric ep where Marguerite, Roxton and Challenger literally go missing for the entire thing, gah] when they have perfectly good mains sitting around that could do the job just as well. And what a way to make the whole Jack the Ripper thing new and exciting, getting familiar faces to portray the main players.
But yeah, that kiss and the kiss in DMH so do NOT count in the M/R universe I live in. ;)
*runs to join your universe* :D What a great place to live! ♥
