I love you all, you guys make life more interesting and definitely more fun. Doesn’t matter if we haven’t known each other long or if- *facepalm*- we haven’t spoken in a while, if I’ve added you, it’s because you’re awesome on one level or another and you’ve contributed to making me happy and gleeful and blissfully content to exist.

Sadly, the exam period doom I have long been repressing from my conscious mind is upon me and I can’t exactly skip the damn torture sessions so I’m finally trying to catch up on a semester’s worth of notes. Therefore, I’ll be AWOL for a fortnight but I’ll be missing everyone like crazy and aching to be back, just counting the hours til I can log on and spend all day spamming the hell out of all your journals. XP

[The plan is to be studying for the next fortnight although I'll probably break and log in before then, lol, but I just wanted to explain that my diminished presence around here]

If I don’t have the strength to make it through the exams, know that I cared for you all and thought of you often during these dark and miserable times of revision and regurgitation.

PS. I’m dying to picspam CM and various shows, and to post about Armageddon but I seriously have to try and focus on uni, so…*fights to stay on task*…anyway, just a few random observations:

-Emily Prentiss is so damn adorable when she’s pestering her teammates, zomg! MOAR MOAR MOAR mischievous!Emily, writers, pretty please?

- Joy + Huddy = *BRAINSPLODE OF TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE*

- I TOTALLY HUGGED DAVID HEWLETT, OMFG. *headdesk of embarrassed giddy fangirliness*

- KAVAN SMITH REPLACES JOE FLANIGAN AT THE TOP OF MY ‘AWESOME SCI-FI DUDES I’M TOTALLY HELPLESSLY IN LOVE WITH’ *FLAILS*

*sighs mournfully* This is the tragedy of my life. People always laugh at me and I just don't have a clue what I said...but then, I'm glad I inspire mirth and hilarity, because there are far far worse reactions I could be faced with. :D

Seriously though, I find it incredibly amusing that when I set out to make a joke, it always falls flat unless some wonderfully kind person saves me from embarrassment, but just, you know, speaking normally gets a laugh from people. :P Weird but cool.

I'm still feeling rather sulky and miffed that my parents laughed at me and said I was acting like a 12 year old girl when I showed them my photos and autographs. *pouts* Then I read your comment and my stifled inner light blazes to life again. :D

The sad thing is that I didn't get to hear him speak, because Armageddon is a two-day event and what with exams this week [my second is later today, in fact] I was only allowed to go on Saturday. But he was so sweet and charming in person and I love him so much now I'm trying to work out whether I should shell out $70 to see him and the dude that plays Walter at a convention later this month...Katherine laughed at me, all, 'It's funny how you get so attached to people that are nice to you' but I don't think it's that weird, I mean, Kavan just made the whole day so much more wonderful and wanting to see him at another event is only human, right? It'd be strange if someone was AWFUL to me and I wanted to meet them again. Yeah. [I need to work on wording my responses sooner rather than stewing over it days later, lol]

I get excited when I look at all my photos and autographs as well! I end up with this ridiculous grin on my face that makes me feel like an idiot, but damn it's good.

I think you should go see him again ;) Although I think the Sydney branch of that con was postponed till April next year or something... But I want a photo with Kavan McCutie! *jealous*

And of course you'd want to see him again! There's nothing strange about that at all.
